DescriptionLibrary cell selection is the most important step during a design implementation. Using full library set or sub-optimal library cells selection for different cost functions will not only result in bad PPA for designs but creates reliability issues and increases implementation turnaround times. We have developed a toolkit which generates statistical data points on standard cell libraries and provides accurate information to help user to choose right cells with respect to different cost functions. In this tool kit we are also generating RTL power data and opportunities for further Power reductions. We are building here an opportunity matrix data, which helps to target for modules with maximum ROI for power reduction.
