DescriptionIn advanced technologies, crosstalk noise enablement with timing signoff is necessity. In complete SoC flow, while verifying noise and signal integrity, missing noise model of some hierarchical cells is practical concern of designer and so designer must be aware of tool behavior, when ccs noise model is missing for any of the aggressor net’s driver and receiver, victim net’s driver and receiver or both. In this paper, we examine the complete behavior, by experimenting all combinations of CCS-Noise presence/absence of aggressor/victim's driver and receiver models. We have taken PTSI tool for our analysis and so we have also performed PT-SI and spice correlation for the noise immunity.
