DescriptionWith thousands of cell and placement options, the challenge is defining a set of universally routable via mesh specifications and then enabling place and route to select the best specification based upon timing requirements. This presentation will talk through the methodology of defining universally routable via mesh specifications along with the methodology to incorporate those specifications into the place and route flow enabling optimal via mesh selection and impacts to be seen without the need to be physically built.
