DescriptionWith the increasing demand for computing power in the cloud, Field-programmable gate array(FPGA) is widely used in the cloud datacenter. However, its security issues have not been fully considered in multi-tenant scene. Traditional physical attacks such as SCA and FA can be successfully reproduced in cloud multi-tenant scene. This paper proposes Defense Against Remote Physical attack based on TDC(DARPT). We test DARPT under common remote physical attacks, typically for SCA and FA. For the test of AES core, the trace consumed for key recovery by CPA is about 50 $\times$ compared without defense.
